A while back I had the sudden urge to get into collaging. After scavenging for magazines, buying glue, brainstorming ideas, and trying to cut things perfectly, it occurred to me that a lot of collages are made digitally nowadays! 😅 Nevertheless there was still joy to be found in the process of scavenging for supplies, brainstorming goofy ideas, and the sensory satisfaction of making something by hand.

While this will absolutely not be a surprise to anyone who knows me, the first thing I decided to collage was a series of “Meowtains.” Although they’re not done purrrfectly, these pieces leave me feline good! 🐈‍⬛
